6. You will be requested to complete

10. On the next screen you will be requested
to confirm your information. Please
press "Agree".
11. Make sure you have your checkbook
on hand, as you will be requested to
write an electronic check. Please fill
out the information and press "Submit".
12. You will be requested to complete
the process by pressing "Complete Transaction".
