Cash Out requests may be cancelled and returned
to Casino-Online888.com Bankroll during the 5
days (2 days for VIP Gold Members) following
your Cash Out request. After this time
your Cash Out will be processed and
may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested Cash Out login
to Casino-Online888.com using your Real Money
Username and Password. Once in the Casino
Lobby go to the Cashier and select "Cash
Out". You will see a list of your Cash
Out requests in the “Awaiting Process”
box, complete with the Cash Out’s status
indication. Select any unprocessed Cash
Out request by clicking on it. Then
press "Transfer Funds Back to Bankroll".
The Cash Out request will be cancelled
and the status will be changed to "Cancelled
by User". The Cash Out funds will be
immediately returned to Casino-Online888.com
Bankroll.
Your Cash Out history can be viewed
within the “My Game Log” application,
accessible from the Casino Lobby. Here
you will find a complete list of all
your Cash Out requests, both those that
have been processed, as well as those
that you have cancelled.
Please Note: Cash Outs requested and
subsequently cancelled during an event
will not qualify for that event as a
Deposit. Deposits must be wagered during
the event in order to qualify for that
event.
Your Cash Out "Withdrawal History" stores
a complete list of all your Cash Out
requests, those that have been processed,
as well as those that you have cancelled.
